Pricing:
All prices are based on time and product used. All prices are listed as “Prices starting at”. Our chemical services are only guaranteed with the use of professional products recommended by our stylists. Pricing may vary slightly depending on these factors.
Please feel free to book a complimentary consultation. We want you to feel comfortable with our pricing so you can relax and enjoy your services.
Cancellations:
J. Joseph requires cancellation or changes to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Regretfully, if we do not receive the 24 hour notice, we will require a credit card number to guarantee your next appointment.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your services, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your service will end at the scheduled time, so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
Appointment Availability:
To book a desired date and time, we recommend booking your service four weeks in advance. Please note new client appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate.
Guests:
If someone is accompanying you to your appointment, please understand that all guests must remain in the reception area. Please make appropriate arrangements for your children.

Walk-ins are welcome but appointments will be taken first.
